Meet Ken Swyt
FLY EASY. LAND SOFTLY. MOVE SWYTLY.
Some people are born with an eye for where things belong—not just furniture or flowers, but people, too. Ken has spent his life quietly arranging beauty behind the scenes, making spaces feel right, lived-in, and full of story.
For over 25 years, Ken worked in the world of events. He designed stages and lighting, sketched floorplans, and turned empty rooms into places where memories could bloom. Weddings, galas, conferences—each one a puzzle of feeling, movement, and light. And through it all, Ken built a kind of muscle for what makes a space not just functional, but meaningful.
That same sense of flow and grace now guides his work in helping people move—especially seniors—through big transitions. Over the years, Ken also earned his real estate license and began helping folks find their next landing place. But more than buying or selling homes, he found himself drawn to the soft edges of relocation—the emotions, the overwhelm, the need for calm guidance and thoughtful hands.
Ken’s work with home.swyt.home is where it all comes together: years of design thinking, a grounded knowledge of home and land, and a deeply human approach to change. He often helps new homeowners dream up simple, soul-nourishing gardens—spaces that welcome you outside and root you gently in place. Sometimes it’s a winding path or a small bed of herbs. Sometimes it’s a chair placed in the perfect spot to capture the morning sun.
He’s not just helping people move. He’s helping them land.
And he does it all with quiet kindness, clarity, and the belief that transitions, when held with care, can feel not like an ending—but a new beginning.
Whether it’s an anniversary party, a new perennial bed or a smaller home, let’s plan your next soft landing together
